JV Painting Services was a pleasure to work with from the first time we spoke. After discovering numerous issues with our home following the hurricane, Jonathan and his crew were on hand to assist us with great solutions, fair pricing, and can’t thank them enough! We had several major repairs due to water damage ceilings/dry wall, flooring, mold removal, beautiful new paint (the entire house), and more. I received multiple phone calls from JV throughout the construction process just give updates and progress reports, that meant so much to us! We truly appreciate the quality of detail and attention to every task. We requested a specific finish date and JV crew made it happen. Jonathan and his team were beyond amazing. I am a loan officer and I called maybe 20-30 companies for a client that needed repairs on their house. I either got hung up on, told it wasn't worth the time, or ghosted by these other companies. Jonathan was recommended to me by a mutual colleague and he was more than happy to take on the job, he stood behind his word, communicated throughout the entire job and even sent pictures and videos. We had an amazing experience with JV Painting Services. After purchasing our new house, we were eager to have the popcorn ceiling removed and the paint redone as the previous owners had left many holes in the walls. JV Painting were able not only to help us meet our timetable before our movers arrived, but did an excellent job. JV Painting exceeded expectations by restoring the interior of our garage and the exterior of our 3600 sq ft home to look like new. Numerous thorough, positive Google reviews are what led us to contact JV Painting for a quote. Let me tell you, the glowing reviews are all true. Jonathan and his business partner Samuel, and team worked diligently, first on the interior of our garage (it looks fabulous now), then on the exterior of our home (looks like a pristine new build home). Both jobs were challenging as the house had not been painted in 22 years. The garage has lots of shelves, and multiple cabinets. They fastidiously took off doors and hinges, prepped and ultimately gave us a beautiful new look and installed the new hinges we purchased too! The exterior of our home has many different surfaces (stucco, both rough and smooth sawn fir trim and facia, OSB soffits AND 97 metal (aluminum sash window). Before starting the house painting, we were very impressed that Jonathon took the time to bring the Sherwin Williams paint expert out to consult on the best options/quality for the aesthetic we were seeking. Two thumbs up for that. With winter painting we had lots of weather interruptions but Jonathon was great with communication so we could plan our lives without wondering if the painters were coming that day. For the moment we meet Samuel we knew we were in the hands of a competent expert. He and his team worked methodically and neatly. They did extensive prep and never cut a corner. The team always went above and beyond, doing more than expected. And a bonus was the team was super cohesive. JV painting does intensive prep, and they take a careful and thorough approach. They are respectful of property and clean up at the end of each day. At the end of the job, we had a walk through, but it was clear they had already done a very thorough walkthrough as it was just about as close to perfection as one can get. And as I said earlier in both the garage interior and house exterior they went above and beyond painting things we hadn’t even thought about but that made sense for the home. We highly recommend JV Painting. They are talented, competent, respectful, and kind. We are thrilled with our interior garage and exterior of our home. I've attached some before and after photos.

JV Painting did an outstanding job, from beginning to end, on the re-staining of our house. We chose them not only because their price was reasonable compared with others but also for the professionalism of their communication. Unlike most other contractors, they have a designated point person (Jonathan), whose job is to communicate with customers. We could always get ahold of him with questions or concerns, and always received prompt replies to emails and messages—it was such a relief after other contractors we’ve worked with, to work with someone so reliable. Jonathan was amenable, attentive and eager to provide great customer service. They started the job exactly when they said they would and completed it at the promised time. While completing the project efficiently, they also managed to give it an extraordinary amount of detailed, caring attention. We had some complicated spaces and specific requirements for our house washing, sanding and staining, and they attended to all of those with great respect, skill and thoughtfulness. My husband is a bit of a perfectionist and pays close attention to work getting done, but even he was continually impressed by the details they noticed and the way they treated our house exterior almost like a fine woodworking project. And they were the sweetest people— positive, patient, sincerely kind and interested in doing their best for us. We joked that we would miss them when they were done. Jonathan and his team are hands down the painting company you should hire. They treated our 150 year-old family farmhouse with excellent care and precision, going above and beyond in terms of detail, time, and quality. They took the initiative to replace rotted out exterior wood and sanded all remaining good wood to look new before priming and painting with several coats. Interior walls were patched and sanded professionally so that drywall looks new. His team cleaned up afterwards to leave it looking as if no one was ever there but the magic painting fairies. 🧚‍♂️🧚‍♀️ Best of all, Jonathan was an excellent communicator. They came out right away and gave a fair estimate in writing. We scheduled the job, and they showed up on time exactly the days they said they would. The finished job was excellent! Where to start….. I would like to make this review a little different than just saying Jon and his workers did a great job, were very trustworthy, easy to work with, professional, and painted well. They can also fix/replace rotten wood or trim pieces which not every painting service can or will do. That would be an easy review to write, and accurate. I highly recommend JV Painting to anyone seeking those qualities in a painter. For me, this journey began like many, with a need to paint, and some rotten trim pieces and loose siding that needed help. On the quotes received, priced varied widely. The other part that varied were how the painters presented themselves, and the time they took to assess the job. It may sound odd, but Jon was one of very few that provided his quote in writing. Sounds small but the bottom line is painting a home is expensive, and trust is earned, not given. Especially when you do not know who you are dealing with. An example.. during the time we were trying to decide who to use, Jon met us at a home he was painting on a Sunday. Said home was a half hour drive for each of us. He did not have to do that. But, he did. We bought our home in 2019 and it was built in 2008, still had the original paint. We knew the colors and it was Benjamin Moore paint. We wanted to keep the same colors and preferred their higher end Aura paint. Yes, the paint costs more than most but the extra paint cost was about 1.5% of the total price paid. Jon made a lot of effort getting the paint from BM. And provided a gallon of trim and siding touch up paint when they finished. It was not cheap paint. Again, small thing but not something he had to do. The painters showed up when they were expected, called when weather was not conducive to painting, and did not paint when temperatures dropped lower than I was comfortable with. They cleane dup each day they worked and all were friendly. No tto mention they knew how to paint! Jon also stopped by frequently to watch over their work and progress. Jon earned our trust, provided a good service. Painting is expensive, especially when you have workers that are bonded and insured. But, he was not the highest quote that we received and overall I think he earned his price without question. Very happy with his services and would use again if needed.

I recently had my house painted by JV Painting Company LLC. It wasn't an easy job. My house is 50 years old, never been painted. First had to be thoroughly pressure washed. After recent hurricane we had retaining wall and sidewalk damage. Jonathan came and gave us assurance he would build a better wall and sidewalk. We received a fair quote with assurance there would be no addition or surprise costs. As you can see from the pictures they removed the damaged wall and sidewalk and rebuilt the wall and sidewalk with quality material. Distributed the dirt that was a mess after the hugh tree and root damage. When they were finished they seeded the dirt and removed all debri. We could not be happier. Thank you for a job WELL done.

I would highly recommend JC Painting - here's why. About 4 weeks prior to moving into a 4,000" house, I needed to line-up a painter so that I could have the houses completely repainted - ceiling, walls, trim and highlights. This was a complex job, made even more so because I needed to protect the floors and carpets that were in excellent condition. The house is an older home with some interesting challenges - old dark paint on ceilings and many repairs required. Jonathan provided me references and I researched their work. My experienced confirmed the researched I did- and more so! Jonathan, and his partner descended on the house in the afternoon post the closing. They spent over 2 days completely protecting all non-painting surfaces and they delivered on time. The workmanship was excellent, attention to detail was impressive. I was overwhelmed with the outcome. I have bought a number of houses in my time, all requiring remodeling - I can honestly say this crew were the best. I have them lined up to do my exterior next year. I can highly recommend this team.

The JV painting team was extraordinary; their work was very high quality, on-time and on budget! In the course of 2 weeks, they painted our kitchen cabinets and walls, dining room walls and wood paneling, and the paneling in our foyer. Jonathon’s team arrived on the first day with 5 workers! to cover and protect the areas where they would not be painting. The dining room walls (where wallpaper had been removed) were sanded, mudded and sanded again, followed by at least 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of paint. The wood paneling was sanded, primed with 2 coats and painted with 2 coats. The kitchen cabinet doors were removed and sanded, primed and painted offsite. The cabinet boxes were similarly sanded, primed and painted in place. Hinges were removed and also painted to match. Then everything was reinstalled perfectly. We decided to paint the kitchen walls to match because the cabinets looked so good! After the final inspection, they even came back to touch up 2 items I didn’t notice until after they left. The primary team of David and Claudia, supervised by Samuel and Jonathon, were punctual and hard-working. At the beginning of each day, they told me what they were going to do, and at the end of the day they showed me their completed work along with their plan for the next day. I have never had workers be so true-to-their word, kind, respectful and thorough. As we have renovated our house over the past 2 1/2 years, we have had multiple contractors, electricians, plumbers, tile installers, HVAC installers, painters, appliance repair men, and window installers. While some have been very good, none compare to the overall excellence of JV Painting’s work. I give them my highest recommendation!

We hired JV to paint our entire downstairs, and the walls going up our stairs. Jonathan and his team were very professional. They paid attention to detail and did an excellent job overall. Jonathan and his team were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked hard at getting the painting done in a timely manner before our holiday guests arrived. Jonathan and Samuel and team did a fantastic job bringing a house and wrap around deck back to life after years of weathering and disrepair. They pressure washed, sanded and repaired or replaced damaged decking. They had to deal with weather that delayed completion but the never strayed from their professional approach of waiting a full day between coats of paint or waiting until all surfaces were completely dry before applying paint. Me and my other half decided to paint our brick home after years of debate. We had different companies come out and after first talking to Jonathan when he came to look at it we knew right then him and his crew are who we wanted to paint our home. Jv painting is a professional company. They explained to me the process of preping my house by pressure washing it, sanded the wood and painted all my exterior home.
